Sock Dog Media, LLC ("we", "us") runs sockdogmedia.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Things you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, and whatever else you choose to include (company, phone, budget, message).
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss a possible project.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations once we work together.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business (for example web hosting and email), and only as needed for them to do that. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sockdogmedia.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Questions? hello@sockdogmedia.com.
